Job Responsibilities
Cashier:
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about store promotions and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Process returns and exchanges according to store policies.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
Shelf Packer:
- Stock shelves with products in an organized and timely manner.
- Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Keep the store’s aisles neat and free of clutter to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide helpful recommendations.
- Participate in store merchandising and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Grade 10.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
